I like to follow up with my clients about 3-4 weeks after our initial visit and those sessions are 45-60 minutes long. For more complicated situations or eating disorders weekly visits are often advised.
I work with clients of all ages and health concerns. My main focus regardless of your age or health is to help you find a way of eating that fits your needs and lifestyle and helps you live the life you deserve.
Conditions I work with include:
High cholesterol/triglycerides, high blood pressure and other heart issues
Digestive disorders, IBS
Gluten intolerance/Celiac disease
Prenatal/postpartum/breast feeding nutrition
Grocery Store Tours -- Grocery shopping can be overwhelming, especially when you're trying to make diet changes. As a follow up appointment option we can meet at a grocery store where I will guide you through the store aisle by aisle, comparing products, discussing food labels, and helping you choose foods to best meet your nutrition needs.
Meal prep -- Want to start meal prepping, but not sure where to start? I will provide you with a weekly meal plan, recipes, shopping list, and snack suggestions to get you started. For an additional cost I can come to your home and help guide you through the actual prep work!
Accepting cash, check, and credit. Insurance accepted, please see the "Insurance" page for more information.
Medical Nutrition Therapy
As a registered dietitian I provide nutrition counseling, also know as Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and tailor my approach to your individual needs. Appointments are held in my office, but virtual Telehealth appointments may be available depending on your insurance and location.
Our first session is typically about 90 minutes long and we'll go through your medical history, diet history, food preferences, and lifestyle, then work together to create a personalized plan and individualized goals.
